Membership Policies
Membership Commitment
Chez 3 LLC memberships are sold as a 12-month membership with convenient monthly recurring billing.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to the full 12-month membership term and authorize the recurring monthly payment associated with your selected membership plan.
At the end of your membership term, you may renew your membership to continue receiving member benefits.
Membership Benefits
Membership provides access to benefits associated with your selected membership level, which may include private community access, networking opportunities, business visibility, announcements, vendor opportunities, educational resources, brainstorming sessions, and other member-exclusive benefits.
Membership benefits vary by plan and may change as the Chez 3 community continues to grow.
Membership Payments
Membership payments are billed automatically each month using your selected payment method.
It is the member's responsibility to maintain a valid payment method throughout the membership term.
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits until payment has been received.
Membership Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
• Initial membership fees
• Monthly recurring payments
• Renewal payments
• Administrative fees
• Payment processing fees
Membership payments provide immediate access to member benefits and community resources and therefore cannot be refunded once processed.
Unused membership benefits do not qualify for refunds or future credits.
Unused benefits do not roll over into future billing periods.
Membership Cancellation
Members may request cancellation at any time by contacting Chez 3 LLC via email or by contacting Chef Cynthia Verna directly.
Cancellation requests stop future recurring billing only.
Previously processed payments are non-refundable.
Members will continue receiving membership benefits through the remainder of their current paid billing cycle.
Member Expectations & Community Guidelines
Members are expected to represent themselves and their businesses professionally.
Members agree to:
• Treat fellow members respectfully.
• Conduct business honestly and ethically.
• Respect vendors, sponsors, organizers, volunteers, and attendees.
• Follow Chez 3 LLC event policies.
• Support a positive and welcoming community.
Chez 3 LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for conduct that is abusive, dishonest, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the values of the organization.
Termination for policy violations does not qualify for a refund.

Chez 3 LLC is committed to building a welcoming, supportive, and professional community where members can connect, collaborate, and grow. By joining Chez 3 LLC, members agree to conduct themselves with honesty, integrity, professionalism, and respect at all times.
Members are expected to treat fellow members, vendors, sponsors, event organizers, volunteers, venue staff, customers, and the Chez 3 LLC team with courtesy and professionalism in all interactions, whether online or in person.
Members may not use Chez 3 LLC events, memberships, private groups, social media platforms, or communication channels to harass, intimidate, bully, spam, spread false information, solicit in a misleading manner, or engage in behavior that disrupts the community or negatively impacts another member's experience.
Members are expected to communicate professionally, honor deadlines, submit requested information on time, and comply with all Chez 3 LLC membership policies, event policies, vendor guidelines, and community standards.
Private member groups, including WhatsApp communities and other communication platforms, are intended for networking, business support, event updates, and community engagement. Members should use these spaces respectfully and avoid excessive self-promotion, unrelated content, personal disputes, or any activity that diminishes the value of the community.
Members are encouraged to build professional relationships through the Chez 3 community; however, they must respect personal boundaries and privacy. No member may collect, share, copy, distribute, or misuse another member's personal or business information without that person's permission.
Members may not represent themselves as speaking on behalf of Chez 3 LLC or imply an official partnership, endorsement, or authorization unless written permission has been provided by Chez 3 LLC.
Chez 3 LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships, remove individuals from events, private groups, or community opportunities, and deny future participation if a member engages in behavior that is dishonest, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with the values and standards of the Chez 3 community.
Membership in Chez 3 LLC is a privilege built on respect, collaboration, professionalism, and community support. We ask every member to help create an environment where businesses can connect, grow, and succeed together.
