Registration Payments

Vendor registrations, event tickets, booth reservations, marketplace registrations, and other event purchases reserve limited event space and are subject to availability.

Your registration confirms your agreement to these policies.

Vendor Refund Policy

Vendor registration refunds may be requested within 48 hours of the original purchase.

If the event you registered for is scheduled to take place within 14 calendar days of your registration date, your registration is immediately non-refundable.

After the initial 48-hour refund period has passed, vendor registrations become non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, although actual processing times depend on your financial institution or payment processor.

Vendor Cancellation Policy

Vendor cancellations requested after the 48-hour refund period are non-refundable.

Vendor spaces are reserved specifically for each participant, and cancellations often prevent another business from participating once planning has begun.

There are no refunds for:

• Vendor cancellations after the refund period

• No-shows

• Failure to arrive during designated setup hours

• Early departure from an event

Vendor Expectations

Vendors are expected to:

• Arrive during designated setup times.

• Follow all Chez 3 LLC event policies.

• Follow all venue rules and regulations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth.

• Treat attendees, vendors, volunteers, and staff respectfully.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

Third-Party Events

Chez 3 LLC may promote or coordinate participation in third-party events.

Participants must comply with both:

• Chez 3 LLC policies

• The hosting venue's and event organizer's policies

Chez 3 LLC is not responsible for policies, scheduling changes, cancellations, or refund decisions made by third-party organizers.
