Sponsorship Registration

Sponsorship opportunities are available on a limited basis and are confirmed once payment has been received.

Sponsors are responsible for reviewing all sponsorship details before completing their purchase.

Sponsorship Materials

Sponsors must submit all requested marketing materials within 24 to 48 hours of registering.

Requested materials may include:

• Company logo

• Brand guidelines

• Color palette

• Business description

• Website URL

• Social media links

• Promotional graphics (when applicable)

Failure to provide materials by the requested deadline may limit or prevent Chez 3 LLC from including the sponsor in promotional materials. Sponsorship fees will not be refunded due to late or incomplete submissions.

Sponsor Refund Policy

Sponsors may request a refund within 5 calendar days of the original purchase.

If the sponsored event is scheduled to occur within 14 calendar days of the registration date, sponsorship payments become immediately non-refundable.

After the initial 5-day refund period has passed, sponsorship payments are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment processor.

Sponsor Cancellation

Sponsors who cancel after the refund period will not receive a refund.

Marketing, promotional planning, printed materials, digital advertising, and event preparation often begin shortly after sponsorship is confirmed.

Because of these commitments, refunds cannot be provided once the applicable refund period has expired.

Sponsor Expectations

Sponsors agree to:

• Follow all Chez 3 LLC policies and procedures.

• Follow all venue rules and event regulations.

• Conduct themselves professionally.

• Provide requested materials on time.

• Represent their organization honestly and respectfully.

Failure to comply may result in removal from sponsorship opportunities without refund.

Sponsorship Acknowledgement

By purchasing a sponsorship, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Chez 3 LLC Sponsor Policies & Procedures, including the refund policy, cancellation policy, submission deadlines, and event participation requirements.
