Membership does not guarantee vendor approval for every event, sales, bookings, customers, followers, or paid opportunities. Social media features, reposts, member highlights, and website visibility are provided at the discretion of Chez 3 LLC and are based on availability, content quality, event relevance, timing, and approval. Any included one-on-one monthly consultation must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability. Unused monthly consultations do not roll over to future months and have no cash or credit value.

All members earn Chez 3 Rewards by participating within the community. Points may be earned by RSVPing to events, registering for eligible events, attending events, engaging with the Chez 3 website, and participating in select member activities.
Accumulated rewards points may be redeemed toward eligible vendor booth fees, sponsorship opportunities, and other qualifying Chez 3 offerings as they become available. Rewards are subject to the Chez 3 Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.

All available sponsorship opportunities are listed on the Sponsor Opportunities page of our website, where each event includes its own sponsorship details, benefits, requirements, deadlines, and submission instructions.
If you are an active paid Chez 3 member and have completed your Member Registration Form, your branding materials are already on file and may be used for eligible sponsorship opportunities. However, some events may require updated logos, marketing assets, or additional promotional materials based on the specific sponsorship package.
