Service Description

Available exclusively to First Look Circle members, this monthly one-on-one strategy session provides dedicated time with Cynthia V. to discuss your business, upcoming events, marketing ideas, vendor opportunities, business challenges, or next steps. Use this session to ask questions, receive personalized guidance, brainstorm ideas, and gain insight tailored to your business goals. One session is included per membership month and must be scheduled in advance. Unused sessions do not roll over to future months.


Cancellation Policy

Business Services Policy Chez 3 Business Services are personalized consultations and strategy sessions provided directly by Cynthia Verna to support entrepreneurs, vendors, creatives, and small business owners. Access to book services is available to eligible Chez 3 members based on their membership level and available member benefits. Certain services may be reserved exclusively for specific membership tiers or offered to the public at the discretion of Chez 3. All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the Chez 3 website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. Unless otherwise agreed upon, consultations are typically conducted at the client's place of business or at a mutually agreed-upon public meeting location selected by both the client and Cynthia Verna. Virtual meetings may be offered for select services when appropriate. Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their scheduled appointment. If the consultation is being held at your business, please ensure the space is available and that any materials, products, or information needed for the session are ready before the appointment begins. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice. Requests made with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice may be subject to forfeiture of the appointment and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled. Services booked within fourteen (14) calendar days of the scheduled appointment are considered final sale and are non-refundable. Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made after the applicable cancellation period are non-refundable. Recommendations provided during consultations are based on Cynthia Verna's professional experience and industry knowledge. Chez 3 does not guarantee specific business results, sales, vendor approvals, sponsorship opportunities, revenue, customer growth, or other outcomes resulting from the implementation of any recommendations. By scheduling a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Chez 3 Business Services Policy, Terms & Conditions, and all applicable website policies.
